Above is the link to the workout plan I’m doing at the moment. Since I didn’t find the plan til last Tuesday (plus cause I’m super out of shape) I’m gonna be repeating week 1 again starting tomorrow. I like it so far.
Also, to time my run/walk intervals I use this app:

It lets you put in how long your high/low interval is and it plays a sound when it’s time to switch. That way you don’t have to worry about looking at a timer/watch/phone or anything, you can just focus on your workout. And it works while your music is playing! I love it.

In case you were wondering…
Just wanted to update my blog in case anybody is actually reading it, lol. Well this past week has been…good! I wanna say great but I don’t wanna get ahead of myself.
This week I did something I’ve always wanted to do in NYC…GO RUNNING! :D
I knew if I wanted to run I’d have to do it in the morning before my internship that starts at 9, so I started going to bed at 10pm every night. That really made it easy to wake up at 6:45 AM, get dressed, and head to the park across the street from my place (I’m lucky I live so close to it) and workout from 7:00 til 7:30.
Since I’m REEEEEEALLY out of shape, the first day I did a weird, run/walk…walked and then ran til I was tired and walked again. Eh, didn’t like how random it was so I found a plan online on how to start running. So right now I’m doing Walk 2mins/Run 1 min (30 mins total) every other day with days in between where I JUST walk (30 mins also), and then 1 rest day per week. I’ll prob repeat this week again since I’m so out of shape, but I like it so far. It’s a real workout for me ^_^
As far as food goes…eh, I’m tired of typing so I’ll update on that another time, lol. But I try to make healthy choices.
P.S. I’ve lost 4 lbs so far :)

Sooo if you didn’t know/notice, I’ve been absent from my weightloss tumblr for the whole semester b/c of how demanding my school work was. And not only did school keep me from blogging, it kept me from working out…from eating healthy…and I’ve gained back 15 of the lbs that I lost :/ *siiiiiigh*
So I’ve been out of school for about 2 weeks and I still hadn’t gotten back into the swing of things b/c when I tell you that this semester almost killed me…I’m only exaggerating a little. I would literally go to school and not come back til 10pm, all the while snacking on things from the vending machine and just…SITTING IN A CHAIR. So I’ve been in “recovery mode” for the past two weeks, and I’ve been wanting to workout, but I couldn’t find the motivation :/ I’m just so discouraged from all the weight I’ve gained -_- And I was sorta…SCARED to even check my weightloss tumblr for some reason.
BUT I was just on youtube and it suggested a video to me, “40 lbs weightloss”, and it was a girl’s before & after pics from going from 160 lbs to 120. Annnd…IT MOTIVATED ME. It put the whole thing into perspective again and I think I can finally get back on the weightloss path. So..not gonna say that I’m gonna go straight into BEAST MODE today, but…I am gonna work out, which I haven’t done in literally 5 months.
So…wish me luck!

So I’ve had 4 friends visiting with me since friday so you know what that means…lots of bad food & drinking lol. Haven’t weighed myself since thursday-ish, but I think I was holdin at 205…it’s gonna be interesting to see what my weight is in a couple days when they leave…I’m a little scared O_O

- Samosa (???? idk, someone gave it to me)

Too tired to try to calculate calories and ish…and I don’t think I wanna know. Le siiiiiiiigh

I also took a quiz today. Da hell were they thinking with this schedule?? I ate nothing but bars/small bags of chips/water today cause I was at school ALL DAY. And of course I didn’t work out :/ Conclusion: Grad School is bad for your health.

I’ve gained….
4 lbs… cause my appetite has been ravenous…Shark Week of course :/ Let’s list all the bad things I’ve had in the last week just for fun:
- an entire bag of taco doritos (BIG BAG)
- jar of tostino’s cheese dip
- 8 piece hot wings from papa john’s
- pizza from Giovanni’s (twice)
- pack of 2 cupcakes (twice)
- Peanut Butter snickers
- small piece of red velvet cake for a friend’s bday
that’s all I can remember at the moment, but as you can see, my diet plan has fallen off the room and killed itself. I’m not eating breakfast. I’m not eating every 2 hours to keep my metabolism up. I HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK.

Soooooooo I’m pretty sure that I’ve been so absent from tumblr that when this post shows up on people’s dashboards they’re gonna wonder who the hell I am and won’t remember following me in the first place.
*But anyway*
I’m doing a weight update b/c I haven’t don’t one in a couple of weeks. Et voila:
- Current Weight: 204.3 lbs
- Last Weigh in Wednesday (16 days ago): 207.7 lbs
- Change since then: -3.4 lbs
- Overall Weight Loss: 23.7 lbs
Bummer Dude. My second semester of pharmacy school is reeeeally a bitch. I feel like I don’t have time to do anything but study. And what that means is all I do these days is SIT ON MY ASS, munching on snacks and staring at PowerPoint slides. UGH, somebody save me :( I am, however, happy that I haven’t GAINED weight. Thank you, God!
I’ve really missed reading yall’s posts and progress, hope you’re doing swell ^_^
No Time :(
I haven’t had ANY time to update my tumblr lately…like…NONE. It’s really been bothering me. I’m studying now but hopefully I can do an update on my ipod while I’m on the bus later or something. I miss all the motivation and support I get on here.
